What sets me apart is my vast background of working with everyone from collegiate athletes to wheel-chair bound patients. I’m trained in the mental and physical aspects of exercise/fitness and won’t settle for a client not getting results.

Why and how did you get involved in your profession? Describe the history and journey of your profession. What did you do prior?

My evolution into this profession has been a fun and interesting ride. I started my professional career coaching at Central Washington University. While getting my Master’s degree, I worked for the Wildcat’s as a n Assistant Volleyball Coach and the Women’s Strength and Conditioning Coach for the university. My husband, Brandon, and I moved to Portland, Oregon for him to get his Doctor of Chiropractic. During that time, I worked for 2 years as the Director of Training in a fitness facility and 1 year at Mt. Hood Chiropractic Clinic as their Exercise and Rehab Specialist. For the past 6 years I have served at the general manager of our practice and continued to train clients. The title has change, the clientele changed, but the desire to help people improve mentally and physically has never wavered.

Describe your family life, hobbies, your involvement in the community, and your passions.

I’m a devoted wife to my wonderful husband, Brandon, and a proud mom to our lively son, Damon. We share our home with two dynamic dogs, Nova and Redd, who fill my days with joy. Family means the world to me, and I'm grateful for the incredible support I receive from my parents and close friends who enrich our lives.

We spend our days at work or outside. Constantly striving to teach Damon the value of hard work and the importance of healthy, active living.

A few of my favorite things are: the Chelan valley (proud “old Goat”), iced lattes, business books, being on the golf course, exercising, and trying to become a better gardener.
